When will I receive my order ?

Our orders are shipped within 24 hours. Then, it takes around 1 to 2 days for delivery for France and around 3 days for the rest of Europe.

I have a European VAT number (outside France), can I be exempt from VAT?

If you are a professional buyer based outside of France, you have the option of being exempt from VAT at checkout by providing your valid VAT number at checkout. In the shopping cart there is an “ADD VAT NUMBER” tab.

Do you offer discounts for professionals or on large orders?

For any purchase over 99 euros, benefit from -5% with the code "MINUS5", and for any purchase over 299 euros, benefit from -10% with the code "MINUS10".

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain and Germany. For other countries, please contact us. In all European countries mentioned, delivery is free for any purchase over 99 euros excluding tax.
